If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return the product and get a full refund. All returns must be postmarked within 30 calendar days of your purchase date. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
Shipping:
Please note that you will be responsible for all shipping return charges. We recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. Contact our team at contact@evyliz.com for the return address.
Refunds:
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process the return. The money will be refunded to the original payment mothod used during the purchase. For credit card payments, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to show up on the credit card statement.
